Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Physical Therapist to provide efficient, quality-oriented patient care through individualized programs, including assessment, treatment, planning, implementation, home exercise programs, education, and communication to maximize patients' progress toward achieving functional goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patients' strengths and limitations
  • Provide ongoing education and support to patients and their families
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient progress and outcomes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in physical therapy from an accredited program
  • Current, unencumbered active license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Kentucky
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
