Empire State is seeking a highly skilled IT Resource Management Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing IT project resources, vendor relationships, and services to ensure continuity of services and compliance with IT and corporate guidelines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT procurement, contract auditing, and project management tools.
