As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for overseeing installation operations within a particular territory, directly supervising Lead Installers and indirectly supervising Installers operating within the given territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation Operations Management: Oversee installation teams within assigned territory, ensuring timely and efficient completion of projects.
  • Team Supervision: Directly supervise Lead Installers and their teams within assigned territory, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with internal teams, including Installation Manager, Customer Care Director, Service Technician, and Project Manager, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Project Management: Manage Installers to ensure job timelines are being met and install calendar is scheduled accurately.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct jobsite safety and quality assurance inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Training and Development: Utilize continuous improvement and training opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Customer Service: Meet with homeowners and installers to ensure successful job completion and delighted customers.
  • Recruitment and Training: Recruit, interview, approve new hires, and train to meet plan.
  • Performance Evaluation: Provide regular feedback to the Installation Manager.
Requirements
  • Experience: 4+ years in construction, window installation, construction management, or related fields, or a bachelor's degree in a transferrable field of study.
  • Window Installation Experience: Previous window installation experience is strongly preferred.
  • Skills: Attention to detail, excellent organization, ability to prioritize, and adherence to timelines; excellent customer service, communication, and problem resolution skills.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to walk and stand for long periods, comfortable working indoors and outdoors, and ability to lift and carry up to 70 pounds.
