We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Specialist to join our team at UW Credit Union. As a Financial Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, understanding their financial goals, and offering tailored recommendations to help them achieve their objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet with members to discuss their financial needs and goals
  • Offer financial education and consultative sales to help members achieve their objectives
  • Open accounts, complete loan applications, and handle transactions
  • Understand and explain all credit union products and services to members
  • Partner with team members to meet sales and referral goals
  • Lead by example and serve as a mentor and positive role model for Tellers and Financial Specialists
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of customer service and/or consultative sales experience
  • Demonstrated analytical, accuracy, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to learn and develop new skills in a robust feedback environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with members
