We are seeking a results-driven Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Wenspok Companies. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the overall success of our Wendy's restaurant, including managing staff, maintaining quality standards, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train, develop, and mentor staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Create a warm and welcoming work environment that promotes employee engagement and retention.
  • Monitor and enforce food safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy dining experience for our guests.
  • Maximize store sales and profit goals through effective inventory management, pricing strategies, and customer engagement.
  • Maintain QSC standards to ensure a high-quality dining experience for our guests.
  • Protect the Wendy's brand and assets by maintaining a clean and well-maintained restaurant environment.
  • Demonstrate a drive for results and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of restaurant operations.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant work experience preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of shift supervisor or one year of assistant manager experience in the restaurant industry, preferably in high-volume QSR and/or fast-casual concepts.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Valid driver's license and access to private transportation required.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Working knowledge of cost of goods sales and excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
