We are a local service provider focusing on all aspects of residential appliance repair, servicing, and installation across various brands and models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering prompt and accurate diagnostics and repairs for appliances such as washers, dryers, refrigerators, ranges, and freezers.
  • Ensuring high-quality repairs for customers' appliances.
  • Maintaining exceptional customer service and support.
  • Providing knowledgeable and friendly repair services.
  • Effectively communicating the advantages of our Value Added Services Process to clients.

Expectations:

  • A minimum of 1 year of professional experience in appliance repair.
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Proficiency in utilizing our customer service platform (CRM).
  • Possession of personal tools and a vehicle.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
