Responsibilities of the Appliance Repair Technician:
We are a local service provider focusing on all aspects of residential appliance repair, servicing, and installation across various brands and models.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering prompt and accurate diagnostics and repairs for appliances such as washers, dryers, refrigerators, ranges, and freezers.
- Ensuring high-quality repairs for customers' appliances.
- Maintaining exceptional customer service and support.
- Providing knowledgeable and friendly repair services.
- Effectively communicating the advantages of our Value Added Services Process to clients.
Expectations:
- A minimum of 1 year of professional experience in appliance repair.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Proficiency in utilizing our customer service platform (CRM).
- Possession of personal tools and a vehicle.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

- Unlimited earning potential, with technicians averaging between $6K - $30K monthly.
