About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at Ruth's Chris Steak House. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Wash, store, and stock all plateware, glassware, eating utensils, cups, bowls, pots, pans, and other smallware and equipment to ensure sufficient quantities are on hand and ready to serve guests.
  • Assist in spot cleaning floors, carpeting, walls, and other furnishings to maintain a safe and pleasing environment for team members and guests.
  • Assist in the set-up, operation, and cleanup of the interior and exterior of the restaurant, including the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms.
  • Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
