We are a leading provider of medical imaging solutions, specializing in X-ray, CT, MRI, and Ultrasound technologies. We are currently seeking a qualified X-ray Field Service Engineer to join our team. This role involves performing corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and installation of medical imaging equipment at various client locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by conducting maintenance, technical support, troubleshooting, and repairs on medical imaging systems, including stationary and portable X-ray units, digital imaging, PACS, C-Arms, Ultrasound, and Fluoroscopy systems.
  • Oversee the installation of imaging equipment, which includes project management, site assessments, and collaborating with clients and contractors to ensure compliance with OEM specifications.
  • Complete all necessary regulatory documentation associated with the installation of radiation-generating devices.
  • Manage the procurement of parts and supplies necessary for equipment maintenance and service requests.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of and adhere to all relevant federal, state, and local regulations, as well as industry standards.
  • Provide after-hours service coverage on a rotational basis with team members.
  • Fulfill all administrative responsibilities, including service ticket management, time reporting, expense documentation, and compliance with safety protocols.
Qualifications:

Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the medical imaging field service sector, with demonstrated expertise in diagnosing and repairing medical imaging equipment.
  • Familiarity with various OEM systems, including but not limited to Carestream, Quantum, Canon, Del Medical, Konica Minolta, Fuji, GE, and Summit/Amrad.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are mandatory.

Education and Certifications:

  • Required: High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferred: Associate's degree in Electronics or a related field.
