Job Summary

Quality Management Assoc Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Services Director to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the administration and delivery of residential services, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and direct residential site managers and direct care personnel to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Review and track scheduling trends, including residential staff/agency staff overtime and vacation time.
  • Assist in the management of house budgets, program costs, and other financial matters.
  • Conduct site inspections, monitor individual plan documents, and complete performance data collection systems.
  • Work with the Human Resources department to recruit and hire residential direct care and management staff.
  • Develop and implement employee training plans, and assist in disciplinary actions and investigations.
  • Collaborate with clinical, medical, development, and CQI departments to provide coordinated, comprehensive services to individuals.
  • Advocate for and teach individuals to advocate for themselves.
  • Initiate, develop, and implement major projects, and represent the organization externally as required.
Requirements
  • A minimum of a four-year college degree and three (3) years of experience working in the DD/ID field or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, electronic HR/tracking systems, Therap, and other standard office machines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, consumers, and administrative staff.
  • A valid driver's license and a clear criminal history check.
  • Ability to work flexible/non-fixed hours and excel in developing standards, fostering teamwork, and promoting process improvement.
