Job Summary

LinPepCo is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team in order fulfillment. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for picking and packing orders with precision and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Picking and Packing: Select and gather products from warehouse shelves and pack them into orders with accuracy and speed.
  • Order Management: Manage and build pick ticket orders, ensuring that all products are accurately selected and packed.
  • Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, including staging completed pallets in designated areas and consolidating and re-stocking product and shells.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate electric pallet jacks and other equipment as needed to move products and complete tasks.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all orders are accurate and complete, and that products are properly packaged and labeled.
Requirements
  • Education: Sufficient formal or informal education to ensure the ability to read and write at a level required for successful job performance.
  • Certifications: Ability to obtain a valid pallet jack certification (individuals 18 years or older) and a valid forklift certification as needed (individuals 18 years or older).
  • Skills: Ability to provide attention to detail, proper lifting techniques, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Working Environment

Work generally takes place in a warehouse setting with the use of an electric pallet jack. Exposure to hot indoor temperatures during summer months. Potential for long and irregular hours during peak seasons.
