Key Responsibilities- Lead investigations and CAPA management to identify and mitigate risks
- Support the implementation of Lean/Six Sigma program and project management within manufacturing and SAP
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Quality, Manufacturing Science and Technology, and Environmental Health and Safety
- Develop and maintain knowledge of SAP Production Execution (PEX) processes and manufacturing processes
- Support the integration of new applications with SAP and troubleshoot process deviations
- Perform project management duties for projects ranging from single department to multi-department initiatives
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline and 5+ years of cGMP/healthcare/lab related experience
- High School Diploma and 10+ years of cGMP/healthcare/lab related experience
- Regulatory inspection experience and knowledge of biological/vaccines manufacturing
- Project management experience and knowledge of best practices
- Experience with SAP management and Delta V automation
