Sportsbook Cashier

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Sportsbook Cashier to join our team at Wildrose Resorts. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless experience for our players.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist players at our Sportsbook and Off Track Betting terminals with a high level of professionalism and courtesy.
• Manage bank monies during assigned shifts, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Record transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with departmental policies and procedures.
• Issue and pay Draft King Sportsbook/OTB tickets, as well as assist with player inquiries.
• Promote property amenities and resolve guest complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

• Excellent guest service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing bank monies and recording transactions.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service.
• Knowledge of Iowa Racing and Gaming Rules and Regulations.
