Cross Country Nurses is seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist to join our team for a travel assignment in Georgia.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Surgical Technologist to work in our operating room. As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of surgical procedures. Your duties will include preparing the operating room, assisting surgeons and nurses, maintaining sterile conditions, and transporting patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare the operating room for surgical procedures
  • Assist surgeons and nurses during operations
  • Maintain sterile conditions throughout the operating room
  • Transport patients to and from the operating room
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the surgical team
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of recent acute Surg Tech experience
  • Nationally Certified in Surgical Technology (NBSTSA)
  • BLS Certification
  • Trauma Experience preferred, not required
  • Travel experience preferred, not required
