We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Shop Hand to join our team. As a Shop Hand, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our location.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Assist the Coordinator and District Manager in performing day-to-day location operations.

* Report directly to the District Manager under the direction of the Coordinator and be responsible for assisting in the successful location operations.

* Follow the Safety and Quality Systems through instructional meetings.

* Perform service coordination and complete yard activities.

* Maintain and disseminate information on rental equipment.

* Clean and maintain equipment.

* Assemble and disassemble equipment.

* Assist in maintaining segregation of equipment.

* Assist the Shop Coordinator in any special projects that are required.

* Assist in keeping the shop area cleaned and organized.

* May assist Coordinator and office personnel with paperwork.

**Requirements:**

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

* Strong communication and teamwork skills.

* Ability to follow instructions and maintain a safe working environment.

* Basic math skills and ability to perform basic calculations.
