Service Shop Foreman Job Description

Premier Truck Group is seeking an experienced Service Shop Foreman to join our team As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for leading a team of technicians to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of product and technical knowledge.

  • Maintain a high level of product and technical knowledge through continuous learning and training.
  • Provide technical and administrative training to technicians and ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Review diagnostic results and provide assistance to technicians as needed.
  • Personally quality check and road test vehicles to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Administer pay for technicians and ensure they are following company policies.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Two to three years of service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Factory training credentials and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
