  • Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 software.
  • Provide detailed schedules and updates to project teams and stakeholders.
  • Lead project planning and management activities, overseeing all aspects of project execution from initiation to completion.
  • Prepare and submit monthly programme updates, S-curve reports, and progress reports to clients.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by developing and maintaining project schedules.
  • Track and monitor project schedules against project baselines.
  • Assist in tender stage project planning and submission.
  • Attend meetings and coordinate with project teams to resolve issues and ensure project progress.
  • Maintain project documentation in accordance with client and internal requirements.
  • Prepare project-related documents and submissions.
  • Assist in tracking and monitoring project budgets.

Requirements

  • Diploma in an engineering field or Information Technology.
  • Experience in communication systems preferred.
  • Experience in LTA projects is preferred.
  • Knowledge of ISO9001:2015.
  • Professional knowledge, experience, and familiarity with Oracle Primavera P6 is required.
  • Knowledge in AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, and Navisworks is an advantage.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Independent and creative thinking when performing problem-solving initiatives.
  • Highly motivated, dependable, and self-reliant, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to work in an environment where calculated risk-taking is necessary.
