Construction Site Supervisor

Engineers Construction, Inc. (ECI) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Foreman to join our team. As a Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our construction sites, ensuring that safety, quality, and efficiency are maintained at all times.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and supervise a crew of construction workers
- Operate heavy equipment, such as bulldozers and excavators
- Assist with laying out the work and ensuring that it is completed on time
- Maintain accurate records of time and materials
- Ensure a safe working environment for all employees
- 5+ years of experience in site, roadway, utility, and heavy civil construction
- Valid driver's license and CDL preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
