Job Summary

Reports to the VP, Global Operations

Job Description

As a key member of the Nidec Motor Corporation team, the Global Quality Director will lead and direct global process improvement activities to enhance efficiency and streamline workflow. This strategic leader will provide oversight on end-to-end functional quality assurance initiatives to ensure best-in-class quality outcomes for Business Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and collaborate with others to ensure quality assurance performance and global quality improvement aspects of risk adjustment processes for all products.
  • Oversee satisfaction surveys and research, identify, and implement best practices in collaboration with Global Operations leadership.
  • Organize and oversee global quality activities, resources, methods, and procedures to achieve department quality assurance strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify, develop, and implement innovative programs and initiatives to improve outcomes.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Management, Business, or a related field
  • Previous management experience, including responsibilities for hiring, training, assigning work, and managing performance of staff
  • Quality improvement experience strongly preferred

Salary range: 139K-200K DOE
