Job Title: Concession Stand Cook

Join ASM Global, a global leader in venue management and live event production, as a Concession Stand Cook at The Oncenter. As a member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing food items for the facility, ensuring the highest quality service to guests and co-workers at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare hot and cold food to order as per standardized recipes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Follow proper food handling techniques and coordinate the use of time, material, and equipment to avoid waste and unnecessary expense.
  • Assist with opening and closing inventory counts and maintain accurate records.
  • Set up the concession stand prior to opening to ensure a state of readiness based on historical par levels.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Six months' experience in a food and beverage or warehouse environment preferred.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive hourly rate of $20-22.
  • A flexible, part-time schedule including some long shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays.
