Key Responsibilities:
- Implement physician-prescribed care plans.
- Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed.
- Document care provided in a timely and compliant manner.
- Promote health and educate family members.
- Manage verbal orders from physicians and ensure proper documentation.
- Communicate effectively with physicians, clients, families, and case managers regarding patient concerns and changes in condition.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Active, unencumbered nursing license (RN/LPN/LVN) in the practicing state.
- Current CPR certification from recognized organizations.
- Recent TB skin test (within the last 12 months).
- Preferred six months of hands-on nursing experience.
- Reliable transportation is required.
