Licensed Clinical Social Worker

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team at Gotham Enterprises Ltd. As a key member of our mental health services team, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments, counseling, and crisis intervention services to individuals, couples, and families.
Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough assessments to identify mental health, substance abuse, and medical needs in the primary care setting.
- Provide behavioral health services, including counseling, intake, assessment/evaluation, diagnosing, treatment planning, and crisis intervention.
- Collaborate with Quality Improvement teams to develop and implement processes for data collection.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local resources and community agencies to provide referrals and support.
- Master's degree in Social Work.
- Three years of post-licensure experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
- Current licensure as a LCSW in the state.
- Knowledge of counseling techniques, crisis intervention, and ability to make independent judgments.
- Experience in group facilitation and planning processes.
