Compensation: $17 - $20.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis

  • Handle cash transactions and manage opening/closing procedures
  • Complete daily administrative tasks and track performance goals
  • Lead by example and mentor staff

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Willingness to undergo a drug screening and background check
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience in retail or customer service is essential
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Ability to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods
  • Capability to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance
  • Reliable transportation is necessary
  • Availability for evening and weekend shifts is required
  • A genuine love for tanning is a must
