About the Role

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex systems, leveraging your expertise in systems engineering, architecture, and software development.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and sponsors to understand their challenges and develop solutions that maximize operational impact.
  • Participate in prototyping efforts, analyze alternatives, refine requirements, and evaluate potential solutions using a systems engineering approach.
  • Create, adapt, and evaluate models and methodologies for sponsor-facing development efforts.
  • Help design and operationalize analytic pipelines from sensors to decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Possess a B.S. or advanced degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or other relevant field, with at least 5 years of experience in systems engineering and software development.
  • Have training and experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) applied to complex systems.
  • Be experienced in working with cross-disciplinary teams, possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be self-motivated and self-directed, with a strong intellectual curiosity and a desire to teach others.
  • Meet the requirements for access to classified information, including U.S. citizenship.

Salary and Benefits
