Operations Manager

At 24 Hour Flood Pros, we're seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to oversee the critical operational aspects of our 24/7 water damage restoration and mitigation business. As a key player in our restoration services, you'll be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow, including supervision of field crews, equipment, and resources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Oversight: Manage daily operations to ensure a seamless workflow, including supervision of field crews, equipment, and resources.
  • Team Leadership: Inspire, guide, and support a team of technicians and office staff to deliver outstanding service to our customers.
  • Customer Experience: Uphold a strong focus on customer satisfaction by ensuring top-quality service and promptly addressing any issues.
  • Project Management: Oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Business Expansion: Identify and pursue growth opportunities, implementing strategies to enhance the company's market presence.
  • Safety Management: Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations, creating a safe working environment for all team members.
  • Inventory Control: Manage inventory and procurement processes to optimize resource use and reduce waste.
  • Financial Management: Monitor and control budgets, financial reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in water damage mitigation or a related field.
  • Proven success in leadership and operations management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic approach.
  • Proficiency in project management and financial oversight.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year.
