Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and validate bioanalytical techniques for large molecule therapeutics utilizing LC-MS methodologies
  • Oversee sample preparation, analysis, and data evaluation in accordance with established protocols
  • Interpret experimental findings, resolve assay challenges, and deliver data insights
  • Draft standard operating procedures (SOPs) and uphold industry-compliant documentation
  • Utilize and maintain analytical equipment, addressing issues as they arise
  • Deliver presentations of findings both internally and externally, and manage analytical transfer processes
  • Engage with global team members and offer technical assistance

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in peptide mapping, post-translational modifications, glycan analysis, and mass spectrometry
  • Familiarity with chromatography, mass spectrometry, and troubleshooting techniques
  • Experience in operating, maintaining, and utilizing analytical instruments and software
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience in a laboratory setting and training in bioanalysis
  • Practical experience with advanced mass spectrometry systems
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards and IND submission processes
  • Understanding of complex glycoproteins and mass spectrometry characterization

Education & Experience:

  • Ph.D. in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related discipline with 3-5 years of relevant industry experience
