  • Prepare vendor warranties and generate customer invoices.

  • Handle incoming calls related to service and parts orders.
  • Encourage and support the professional development of team members.
  • Identify and arrange continuous training opportunities.
  • Determine necessary human and material resources.
  • Set and uphold quality standards.
  • Manage maintenance programs for tools, equipment, and assets.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and company policy initiatives.
  • Deliver precise and timely quotes to customers.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

High School Diploma required; Associate Degree preferred.

1-3 years of experience in administrative or clerical roles.

1-3 years of customer service experience.

1-3 years of experience in product support operations.

1-3 years of technical or mechanical experience (service or maintenance).

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

Ability to read and interpret technical documents and respond to inquiries from customers and regulatory bodies.

MATH ABILITY:

Proficient in mathematical concepts and calculations relevant to the role.

REASONING ABILITY:

Ability to solve practical problems and interpret various forms of instructions.

COMPUTER SKILLS:

Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is essential.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Work will be conducted in both indoor and outdoor settings.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Regularly required to sit, talk, and use hands. Must be able to lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
