SUMMARY:
The main objective of this role is to oversee, organize, and lead the Service and Autolube team. This includes engaging in ongoing enhancement initiatives alongside managing daily operations effectively.

- Plan and oversee service, installation, and repair activities.
- Maintain documentation and track both open and completed service tasks.
- Prepare vendor warranties and generate customer invoices.
- Provide technical assistance to clients.
- Keep accurate technical records.
- Handle incoming calls related to service and parts orders.
- Encourage and support the professional development of team members.
- Identify and arrange continuous training opportunities.
- Determine necessary human and material resources.
- Set and uphold quality standards.
- Manage maintenance programs for tools, equipment, and assets.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and company policy initiatives.
- Deliver precise and timely quotes to customers.
- Maintain a tidy and organized work environment.
- Utilize electronic systems for document scanning and filing.
- Support the maintenance of technical information systems.
- Follow up on outstanding service requests.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and clients.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma required; Associate Degree preferred.
1-3 years of experience in administrative or clerical roles.
1-3 years of customer service experience.
1-3 years of experience in product support operations.
1-3 years of technical or mechanical experience (service or maintenance).
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and respond to inquiries from customers and regulatory bodies.
MATH ABILITY:
Proficient in mathematical concepts and calculations relevant to the role.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to solve practical problems and interpret various forms of instructions.
COMPUTER SKILLS:
Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is essential.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Work will be conducted in both indoor and outdoor settings.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Regularly required to sit, talk, and use hands. Must be able to lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
