Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Countertop Fabrication Specialist to join our team at Interior Logic Group. As a key member of our fabrication team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of our countertop fabrication process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the fabrication process to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to our customers.
  • Collaborate with our production team to identify and resolve any quality control issues that may arise during the fabrication process.
  • Review and analyze bid documents, including drawings, addendums, and bid forms, to ensure that all necessary information is accurate and complete.
  • Attend regular team meetings to discuss project progress, address any concerns, and provide updates on ongoing projects.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, including communicating project timelines, milestones, and any changes or issues that may arise.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Provide training and support to new team members as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as engineering, architecture, or business administration.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field, preferably in the fabrication or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of fabrication techniques, materials, and processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Working Conditions:

  • Work will be performed primarily in a fabrication shop environment, with occasional travel to job sites.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent deadlines and changing priorities.
