About Showami:
Showami is a premier platform that connects licensed real estate professionals with fellow agents to facilitate property showings. We are currently looking for licensed real estate specialists in the GREER area and its surroundings to showcase homes to potential buyers.
Qualifications:
- Must possess a valid real estate license.
- Access to the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) is required.
- Experience in conducting home showings in the greater Greer region is essential.
- Ability to utilize an electronic lockbox for property access.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate property showings on behalf of the buyer's agent.
- Engage with buyer clients, listing agents, and homeowners to present properties efficiently.
- Conduct home viewings in a professional and courteous manner.
- Access listings through your local MLS.
- Utilize scheduling applications like ShowingTime to arrange showings for the buyer's agent and their clients.
Compensation and Benefits:
Showing Agents can expect to earn an average of $32 per home shown, with the potential to earn up to $50 per showing, plus the possibility of receiving tips for exceptional service. Often, multiple homes are shown to a single client, and you will be compensated for each property viewed.
Our Showing Agents enjoy the flexibility to accept or decline showing opportunities based on their availability, making it an ideal side income opportunity.
Additionally, there are chances to participate in company contests and promotions.
