We are seeking a highly skilled Oral Surgeon to join our team at Bryant Dental - Madison. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and success of our practice.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and Treat Patients
    • Diagnose and treat a wide range of oral health conditions, including complex cases.
    • Develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Lead and Collaborate with the Team
    • Partner with our team to provide exceptional patient care and support.
    • Lead by example and contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Developments
    • Stay current with the latest advancements in oral surgery and dental care.
    • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Education and Licensure
    • Doctorate degree from an accredited dental school.
    • Active license with no disciplinary actions.
  • Skills and Qualities
    • Excellent clinical skills and a strong commitment to patient care.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
