Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the CDE-R developer team to develop a detailed technical plan and support the implementation of automated or semi-automated assignment of standard terminology concepts to CDEs.
  • Work with CDE-R software developers to resolve issues with data loads, terminology, value sets, and other standards to ensure they are reflected in Repository content.
  • Design, develop, and test APIs to facilitate data exchange between systems, exploring linkages to related systems.
  • Participate in the design, development, and testing of APIs and other systems to share data and produce documentation for internal and external audiences.
  • Test enhancements of content management systems, search engines, public facing websites, and other systems.
  • Support NLM staff in assessing and planning for the integration of information content from one system to another.
  • Support the functioning of data entry systems and publicly accessible databases.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • Minimum TWO (2) years of experience as a System Analyst with data curation.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis using SAS, R, or Python.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in agile, waterfall, and hybrid projects.
