About the Role

As a Medical Operations Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nuclear medicine and PET/CT imaging services in the Heartland Region. This role requires strong leadership and management skills to ensure high-quality patient care and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coach Technologists, Medical Imaging Assistants, and Drivers to ensure they meet job duties and quality standards.
  • Manage and oversee daily operations of all assigned scanners to ensure maximum uptime and optimal performance.
  • Respond promptly to operational issues, including off-hour emergencies, to maintain continuity of services.
  • Conduct regular observations and team meetings to assess staff performance and provide feedback for improvement.
Qualifications
  • Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) or equivalent certification required.
  • Previous management experience preferred, with a strong track record of leading teams and improving processes.
