Job Location:
This role is primarily conducted at our ABA center.
Work Schedule:
Full-time position requiring 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Available shifts include 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM and 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Flexibility to work either shift is essential.
As an Autism Support Specialist, you will work closely under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement tailored treatment plans addressing communication, behavioral, feeding, activities of daily living (ADLs), and social skills.
Your responsibilities will include collecting and documenting data to track the effectiveness of treatment plans and collaborating with the clinical supervisor to make necessary adjustments.

Qualifications:
- A compassionate approach and a genuine desire to assist children with autism in reaching their objectives.
- A strong interest in learning about Autism and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy.
- A High School Diploma is required; a Bachelor's Degree (completed or in progress) is preferred.
- At least 6 months of experience working with children is preferred.
- All staff members who are not RBT certified will be required to complete the RBT coursework and successfully pass the RBT exam within a specified timeframe after starting employment.
