Position Overview

Are you dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals with unique needs? ABLE, Inc. is seeking a Support Coordinator to oversee case management and ensure quality service delivery for individuals with Developmental and/or Intellectual Disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop personalized goals and create comprehensive plans to enhance living, vocational, and recreational skills.
  • Assist individuals in managing their health and financial matters.
  • Coordinate services through a collaborative interdisciplinary team approach.
  • Monitor service delivery to ensure compliance with established standards and regulations.
  • Manage overall operations of the worksite and supervise staff effectively.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Arts or Science degree, preferably in Behavioral Science or Human Services, along with a minimum of one year of experience working with individuals with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities.

Compensation for this role ranges from $28.05 to $28.69 per hour, commensurate with experience.

As a Support Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the lives of those you support, collaborating closely with Direct Support Professionals to empower individuals with disabilities to achieve their desired lifestyles.
