Job Summary:

As a Pediatric Medical Support Specialist at Cline Pediatrics, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic. Your primary responsibility will be to provide administrative and clinical support to our pediatricians and patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist pediatricians with patient care, including taking vital signs, preparing treatment rooms, and administering tests and immunizations.

Coordinate patient appointments, including scheduling, cancellations, and changes.

Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, including filing documents and updating computer records.

Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families, ensuring a positive experience at our clinic.

Collaborate with cleaning staff to maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to our clinic's hygiene standards.

Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the clinic.

Requirements:

Medical Assistant Certificate

Fluency in Spanish and English

Availability to work 10:00am to 6:00pm shift (one-hour break included)

Excellent multitasking and communication skills
