Airport Shuttle Driver

McGee Air Services is seeking a skilled Bus Agent to provide safe and reliable transportation services to airline passengers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of buses and boarding areas, addressing passenger concerns with professionalism, and consistently adhering to traffic rules and regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Perform pre- and post-trip visual inspections to check for damage to vehicles and ensure all equipment is functioning properly.
- Ensure the cleanliness of buses and boarding areas.
- Address questions and concerns from passengers with professionalism and courtesy.
- Act in accordance with the values of Safety, Service, Integrity, Mutual Respect, Accountability, and Pride at all times.
- Must have a good driving record with no license suspensions within the past 10 years, no more than 3 speeding tickets within the past 5 years, and no DUI's within the last 3 years.
- Must meet expectations of all McGee team members related to safety, uniform compliance, attendance reliability, process and procedure compliance, and all other requirements related to ongoing employment.
- Previous customer-facing experience required.
- Previous passenger bus experience preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with an ability to get along with others.
- Proactive and ability to anticipate needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to receive and communicate information in English.
- Ability to pass background criminal history check and drug test.
- Lifting up to 75 pounds on a frequent basis.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have a valid driver's license and one of the following documents to be qualified for this position: original or certified copy of a birth certificate, unexpired US Passport, Permanent Resident Card, or unexpired US Territory Passport and I-94.
This is a physically demanding job that requires working in a fast-paced environment with frequent lifting, carrying, and moving of heavy items. The ability to work in cramped or high places, climb, bend, kneel, crawl, and stoop for extended periods of time is also required.
