Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Collision Repair Team Lead to join our team at Frontier Auto Parts. As a team lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our customer service team, ensuring timely order fulfillment, and maintaining excellent customer relationships. You will work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth and implement strategies to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet team targets
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth
  • Ensure timely order fulfillment and accurate inventory management
  • Maintain excellent customer relationships and address complex issues

Requirements:
  • Experience in customer service, managing, and/or auto part distribution
  • Spanish-speaking preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Computer-savvy: enter text, data, navigate screens, etc.
  • Auto parts knowledge preferred but not required - training provided
  • Pass a background check

Salary Range:$70,000-$90,000 per year
