Job Description

The Warranty Administrator will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing submitted warranty claims, determining additional information required from customers, and utilizing proprietary software to review, validate, and process warranty claims accurately and efficiently.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including customer success, technical support, product, and development, to address warranty claim trends and drive process improvements.

Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
