Location: Oklahoma City, OK (Hybrid)
Pay Range: $23-27/hour (9 month contract to hire)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop advanced training materials and recommend vendor programs that align with instructional objectives in the wind industry and power generation sectors.
- Create and design training guides using methods such as individual and group instruction, workshops, and demonstrations.
- Deliver training across technical, operational, and management areas while executing the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) training program with a strong emphasis on Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) standards.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, manage training plans and budgets, and stay up-to-date with emerging industry trends.
- Document specialized hands-on training and collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage vendor relationships to meet business training needs.
Requirements:
- 3 years training execution experience within Mechanical, Electrical, or Hydraulic industry.
- Knowledge management and curriculum development experience.
- Understanding of electrical systems at a base level, with experience in the wind industry and power generation.
- Self-sufficiency and ability to work independently.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Technical writing experience.
- Hands-on background working on simulator, electro-mechanical hydraulic equipment.
- Potential to lead into a forward-facing instructor role.
