Assistant Personal Training Manager

The Assistant Personal Training Manager is a key member of our leadership team at Crunch Fitness, responsible for driving success in club operations and managing a team of personal trainers. This role requires a high level of fitness expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement fitness programs and services to meet the needs of our members
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of personal trainers to deliver high-quality services
- Meet sales targets and retention goals for personal training services
- Administer the CrunchOne Kickoff experience to acquire new personal training clients
- Provide exceptional customer service to members and respond to their inquiries in a timely manner
- Report on key performance indicators and action plans to the General Manager and Personal Training Manager
- Attend meetings and training sessions for PT staff
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of personal training experience
- CPR/AED certification
- Prior management experience leading a team of 3-10 employees
- Ability to demonstrate integrity and judgment that inspires trust
- Basic understanding of the fitness industry, market, and key business drivers

- American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM)
- Certified Personal Trainer
- Health Fitness Specialist
- American Council on Exercise (ACE)
- Personal Trainer Certification
- The Cooper Institute
- Personal Trainer Certification
- International Fitness Professionals Association (IFPA)
- Personal Fitness Trainer Certification
- National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM)
- Certified Personal Trainer
- Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS)
- International Sports Sciences Association (with NCCA accreditation)
- Certified Personal Trainer
- Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift or move 50 lbs.
- Physical effort required for daily duties include lifting weights, squatting, bending, reaching, spotting, and prolonged standing and walking
Education Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Bachelor degree preferred
