Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team at Teleflex. As a key member of our HR function, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our global operations, including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives
- Manage recruitment and hiring processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and offer extensions
- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution
- Administer benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and time-off policies
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, including ADA, FMLA, FLSA, EEO, and Affirmative Action
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field
- Demonstrated knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field preferred
