The Role

The Human Resource manager responsible for developing and administering all human resources policies, procedures and programs across the Company. The HR Manager must be a self starter with strong understanding of all aspects of HR strategy and the tactics to implement the strategies. The Manager leads all HR related activities across a global 75 person global company. The role is an individual contributor role and a single person team. Hence, the role is a Jack or Jill of all HR skills and responsibilities.


The Manager is expected to be in the company offices on Monday – Wednesday weekly with Thursday and Friday as flexible. In addition, the Manager will attend our annual SAPinsider event each March in Las Vegas.


The Manager reports directly the Chairman & CEO and is a member of the Leadership Team.


SAPinsider is a Wellesley Information Services company.


Specific Responsibilities include:

  • Individual contributor managing all day to day HR operations including recruitment, performance management, employee relations and payroll.
  • Establish a deep understanding of the Company Mission, Vision and Values and translate those into a Company Employee branded website and recruitment platform.
  • Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of the company strategy, value proposition in the market and the role that SAPinsider plays in the global B2B community.
  • Work with each Business Unit Leader to develop their annual staffing plans and the strategies needed to assure successful new hire onboarding.
  • Coordinate hiring process among various stakeholders including elements of: job postings, liaison with recruitment websites, interviewing, applicant tracking, salary and offer letter administration.
  • Manage all aspects of employee files and records ion the Company Intranet and HR systems assuring that all information is accurate and compliant with legal regulations.
  • Advise all Managers on hiring, training, and performance management policies and procedures and support them with all other personnel matters.
  • Manage the annual employee performance review program and conduct performance management training for all Managers within the company.
  • Create and distribute all internal communications regarding changes in benefits or policies, employee notices and compliance with applicable laws.
  • Manage all information and guidance to employees with respect to policies, employee handbook, procedures, health plans, conduct, grievances and any other employee relations matters.


An ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience in leading a company through a high growth phase by attracting and retaining top talent.
  • Thorough knowledge of global HR policies and procedures.
  • Proven experience in implementing a simple but comprehensive employee performance review program to develop talent.
  • Strong knowledge of benefits administration, healthcare plans, payroll systems.
  • Knowledge of candidate sourcing and recruitment practices.
  • Proficient with office productivity systems including MS Office, .
  • Exceptional speaking, writing and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
