Job Title: Seasonal Associate

About the Role:

The Seasonal Associate plays a vital role in achieving store sales and operational goals. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating an authentic people experience both front and back of house.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive and exceed sales targets by utilizing Alo's Flow initiatives to optimize productivity and efficiency.
  • Provide a friendly "greet" and proactively approach customers to understand their needs and support customer engagement.
  • Process customer transactions and returns in accordance with policy and procedures.
  • Leverages company tools, incentives, and strategies to support meeting store goals.
  • Resolve client needs quickly & effectively ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Assists in processing shipment in a timely manner.
  • Supports replenishment on the sales floor in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all front and back of house procedures are executed in accordance with company Policy & Procedures.

Requirements:

  • Preferred 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment.
  • Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Aligns with and embodies Alo's Guiding Principles.
  • Requires constant movement in and around all areas of the store.
  • Ability to lift, push, carry, or otherwise move up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder.
  • Ability to stand and move for an entire shift.

The Company's Seasonal Associate base pay is $16.85/hour in San Diego, CA. Please also note, Associates are eligible to participate in the Company's Monthly Store Incentive bonus program, which may result in bringing the total compensation to a higher range. Further, the range listed is just one component of the Company's total rewards package for retail employees. Other rewards may include clothing allowance, employee discount, Talkspace (US ONLY), and AloMoves.
