We are seeking a Financial Services Specialist to join our team at Bank Iowa. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients in the Red Oak location. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a people-centered organization that values its team members and provides a supportive work environment.

The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 1 year of cash handling and/or client experience, preferably in a professional office environment. They will also possess excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as the ability to learn and utilize multiple computer applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provides exceptional customer service and support to clients, including processing transactions, answering questions, and developing relationships.
  • Develops and maintains knowledge of basic bank products and services.
  • Supports sales and service efforts by identifying and referring opportunities to the appropriate team member.

Our estimated salary range for this position is $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth and development.
