Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Director to lead our brand strategy and customer experience initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building brands and driving results through innovative marketing plans. They will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies, managing marketing budgets, and overseeing brand positioning and messaging.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive growth and enhance brand identity
  2. Manage marketing budgets and optimize resource allocation across all marketing channels
  3. Oversee brand positioning and messaging to ensure alignment with company goals
  4. Develop and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, including owners, managers, and team members
  5. Participate in employee lifecycle activities, including interviewing, onboarding, and performance reviews
Requirements
  • 10+ years of brand strategy/marketing experience
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, or related field
  • Proven experience building brands and driving results through innovative marketing plans
  • Strong track record of taking end-to-end ownership and driving results

Compensation

This is a full-time position paying $140,500 - $224,920 + discretionary bonuses. Individual placement within a salary range will vary based upon factors including but not limited to candidate experience, knowledge, individual skills, and organizational performance.
