Accurate Personnel LLC is seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Supervisor to oversee the Quality Control Department in Troy, Alabama. This individual will be responsible for managing a team of quality control professionals and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Quality Control Department and ensure adherence to quality standards
- Conduct inspections and monitor quality control processes
- Develop and implement quality control methods and procedures
- Train and mentor quality control team members
- Ensure employees are equipped with necessary tools and standards for safe and accurate job performance
- Conduct firearm inspections using visual, functional, and safety criteria

- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with multitasking capabilities
- Experience working independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in using and programming CMM machines
