Aerial Supervisor

At Unavailable, we are seeking an experienced Aerial Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing aerial construction efforts, ensuring the highest level of quality and safety.

• Organize and manage aerial construction teams for new construction, maintenance, and storm restoration projects.
• Conduct new cable installations, pole transfers, strand building, cable hanging/lashing, make readies, and figure- eighting.
• Uphold quality workmanship surpassing industry standards.
• Work with hand tools and maintain a safe work environment.
• Participate in and support all safety-related policies, processes, and programs.

• At least 4+ years of professional experience with fiber optic construction, maintenance, and testing.
• Ability to work near power lines and electrical equipment while exposed to various weather conditions.
• Class A CDL required or the ability to obtain one within the first three months of employment.
• Strong communications skills and high school diploma or recognized equivalent required.

• Some supervisory or leadership experience.

The Aerial Supervisor will be required to lift 65 pounds unassisted, work outdoors for extended periods, and adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
