Your Responsibilities:
  • Lead your team to achieve high productivity levels while maintaining strict adherence to safety, quality, and cost requirements.
  • Ensure smooth transitions between shifts to maintain uninterrupted operations.
  • Manage and approve employee timekeeping in SAP, conduct labor audits, and ensure compliance with Lockheed Martin's labor reporting and time and attendance procedures.
  • Drive accountability by managing employee performance through reviews, coaching, training, and, when necessary, disciplinary actions.
  • Ensure adherence to work methods, safety rules, and quality standards, and conduct regular checks to maintain these standards.
  • Uphold Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) regulations, perform necessary equipment upkeep, and promote good housekeeping practices.
  • Investigate discrepancies and coordinate with Operations, Quality, and Engineering Management to resolve issues promptly.
  • Manage both direct and indirect budgets while consistently applying and enforcing company policies and procedures.
  • Effectively interface with a variety of internal and external customers to ensure that Lockheed Martin's commitments are met.
