Job Summary

We are seeking a Corporate Governance Specialist to join our Legal Entity Management Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing US and international legal entities for our clients, ensuring they remain in good standing at all times.

Main Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough research to ensure compliance with corporate requirements, including annual reporting and filing obligations, across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and local partners to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Provide regular reporting to clients on task progress and service volume.
  • Prepare, draft, and coordinate the filing of legal documentation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all legal entities, including updates to the clients' legal entity management database.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate.
  • Additional language skills are a plus.
  • IT literacy, with proficiency in Office suite, Sharepoint, and web-based tools.
  • Mid-level to senior profiles.
