Position Title: Operations Processor

Contract Duration: 3 months (Possible Extension)

Location: Philadelphia, PA (Onsite)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Compensation: $19.38 per hour (without benefits)

Key Responsibilities:
1. Collect funds from current banking institutions and facilitate transfers to partner banks internationally.
2. Manage the reception, processing, and logging of overnight mail, followed by preparation, scanning, and dispatch to banking associates.
3. Maintain an inventory of all incoming and outgoing mail items, ensuring accurate documentation of all items within packages.

Essential Skills:
- Proficient in sorting mail by product type.
- Experienced in check processing and data entry.
- Capable of maintaining email correspondence with account managers.

Desired Soft Skills:
- Ability to adapt to shifting tasks while managing incoming mail.
- Collaborative mindset with a strong team-oriented approach.
- Detail-oriented with a keen sense of urgency.

Job Requirements:
- Experience in clerical roles such as office clerk, administrative clerk, data entry operator, and mailroom clerk.
- Familiarity with general office support tasks and responsibilities.
