Registered Dietitian Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian to join our team at HHS Culinary and Nutrition Solutions, LLC. As a Registered Dietitian, you will play a critical role in guiding patients, families, and facility staff on all aspects of medical nutrition therapy to create a healthy and healing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments and provide evidence-based interventions for inpatient and outpatient care
  • Develop and implement educational programs for patients, families, nursing, and food service staff on nutritional needs and best practices
  • Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure patients receive optimal nutritional care
  • Manage physician orders for therapeutic diets and supplements, ensuring accurate and timely implementation
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory compliance and maintain clinical nutrition policies to support quality care

Requirements:

  • Registered Dietitian with Commission of Dietetic Registration and licensed dietitian as required per state regulations
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food and Nutrition or related field
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards and ability to maintain compliance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
